With so many airline accidents happening recently, AirHelp has release their latest score report of 2024.
Among the top 10 worst airlines in the world, Air Mauritius ranks at #9, worst being Air Tunisia.
While Air Mauritius has good on board services (I know because I have travelled in it myself quite a few times), it’s rated poorly due to it’s on-time performance and slow claim processing. While traveling to Mauritius, I usually prefer to take either Vistara airlines (not merged with Singapore airlines) or Emirates.
