The restaurant is managed by Chef Malik and he has curated some of the best and most popular Indian dishes to serve at his restaurant. He even comes out regularly to chat about the food and experience.
The menu is nothing exotic but that’s the Beaty of it because it serves the most common Indian food that you would probably find in any Indian restaurant in India.
One of their best sellers are Butter Chicken, Madras Fish en Pappiotte, Doll Puri Taco, Chole with Spinach and Chickpeas, Raj Kachori and Naan (this you can get in a lot of varieties like butter, garlic, etc.).
Chef recommendations includes our coriander pesto Paneer Tikka with Thai wai wai crispy noodles, Tandoori Confit Duck Chaap with korma curry and Beef Short Ribs.
Unlike other restaurants that fail to deliver the same taste every time, Indya has managed to maintain the taste probably because the chefs are not changing. The service is very friendly and helpful.
